The Data Processing and Analysis of Electron Diffraction by Visual Basic Programming

摘要：

In this paper, the method to process and analyze the data of electron diffraction was realized by Visual Basic programming, which is proven to be userfriendly in both operation and implementation. Firstly, the fundamental principles of electron diffraction experiment were introduced; then, the program designing and debugging were carried on using the VB programming language; finally, the data processing and analysis functions for electron diffraction experiment were realized by designed VB program. The rapid and accurate data processing can be done by designed program.
