Stability Analysis for a Fractional HIV-1 Model with Time Delay

In this paper, we introduce fractional-order derivatives into a model of HIV-1 infection with time delay. We study the effect of the time delay on the stability of both the viral free equilibrium and the infected equilibrium. Criteria are given to ensure that both the equilibria are asymptotically stable for all delays under some condition. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the results.
