GASTRIC CANCER AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH STAT3

摘要：

Objectives Malignant tumor is a disease of polygenic disorder which seriously threatern people health. Transcription factor as a critical element of gene expression is an important participantor of occurrence and development of oncogenesis. In recent study DEC1 (differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressd gene 1) as a transcription factor which abnormal expression in many tumor. This topic is the first time to study the mechanism of its expression in gastric cancer.
