Study on Ventilation Protection Optimization Plan of North Second Ventilation System in Pingdingshan Coal Group No. 1 Coal Mine
The main fans negative pressure and exhaust have reached 2, 867. 5Pa and 12, 000 mVmin in north second ventilation system. The three-level extension of mining areas air quantity will be temporarily provided by north second main fan when it put into operation. Mine air requirement and head loss of mine ventilation will al-so increase. And then north second main fan could meet its air needs, whether the system is stable, and all this need for ventilation simulation calculation. The technology parameters of the ventilation system were measured at first. Ventilation protection optimization plan for different periods of the mine ventilation system was put for-ward, each plan was analyzed and compared by ventilation simulation calculation, and the best ventilation pro-tection plan was determined finally. The proposed ventilation protection optimization plan suit the actual produc-tion condition, can could guarantee the wind requirements and stability of the system in the future, and can re-duce head loss of mine ventilation and effectively solve the problem of wind speed overrun. It is significant to ensure the mine production capacity and mine safety.
