Research on Release Rules of Hydrocarbon Gas and Characteristic Temperature in Coal Low Temperature Oxidation*
Hydrocarbon types gas could be released in coal low temperature oxidation process, in order to find the release rules of hydrocarbon types gas and characteristic temperature in coal low temperature oxidation process, coal calefactive oxidation experiments for four particle diameter were designed by means of temperature-pro-grammed method. Concentration of hydrocarbon types gas and exothermicity intensity in the outlet of experiment furnace at certain temperatures were measured, temperature-concentration and temperatureexothermicity intensity curves were drew. The results showed that the processes of hydrocarbon types gas release, exothermicity intensity of oxidation and coal oxidation had a common characteristics temperature, that was 130 - 150t, below this temperature, the respond parameters increased slowly with the temperature increasing, however, the tendency present ac-celeratory increased above this temperature; the amount of hydrocarbon types gas released much more and quantity of heat released faster with the coal sample particle diameter became smaller.
