Key Issues on Emergency Refuge System Construction in Underground Mine
For the imperfect system of safety refuge in underground mine, emergency refuge has become a key in safety refuge Six Major System construction in China, and induction and comparison were used to research emergency refuge theory and typical rescue cases in coal producing developed countries. The result showed good refuge system could effectively reduce casualty. Combined with status quo of mine safety protection system in China, difficult issues in the emergency refuge theoretical study and system construction were analyzed. The key scientific issues to be solved in the system construction of emergency refuge were listed as follows: the national concept, hedge cultural development, legislative protection, system structure and standard setting, layout principles, evaluation methods, building new emergency rescue system. Framework of emergency refuge system based on the sensing of the dangerous sources was designed. A new model for emergency rescue based on the emergency refuge system was built. The key issues of emergency refuge are the main points of emergency system construction. Therefore, structure of emergency refuge system and emergency rescue model could provide the countermeasures of solving difficulties and support the construction of coal mine emergency refuge system.
