Research on the Risk Indicators Critical Value of Coal and Gas Outburst in a Mine in Shanxi

Coal and gas outburst seriously pose a threat to the safety of mine product, restrict the mining rate, effect the economic benefits of the coal mine. Risk prediction of coal and gas outburst is the important link and key technology in the work of the coal and gas outburst prevention, and also the decisive link to assure the safety and high effective product in the outburst dangerous coal seam. According to the situation that the prediction indicators system is not so sensitive for the number of mines, combined with the outburst prediction practice and the method of fuzzy mathematics theory, the method to determine the sensitive indicators is studied for the prediction of coal and gas outburst hazard. Through the test of gas pressure p, soft coal layer minimum consistent coefficient f and the coal outburst hazard comprehensive index in 3# seam in a mine in Shanxi, combined with the desorption index for drill cuttings gas △h2,, the drilling gas inrush initial velocity q and the drilling bits s, the danger indexes critical value in the mine has been obtained by theoretical analysis. The field test results show that the critical value determined by theoretical method can judge the outburst hazard effectively.
