Design and Development of Hidden Dangers Classification Management System in Coal Mine
The main causes of the high frequency of industrial accidents in coal mines are the hidden dangers which have not been controlled and eliminated in time, further more, it is the failure to create a pertinent procedure to deal with hidden dangers according to their features. Through the analysis of the hidden dangers of coal mine, hidden dangers were classified by person, machine, environment and management. The processes which were different but interrelated were applied according to different types and classes of hidden dangers. The circled model which was built to deal with hidden dangers consists of discovery, rectification, supervision and responsibility assigning of hidden dangers as well as statistical analysis and tendency forecast of safety in production. So the classified hidden dangers management system, which contained the modules such as the database of hidden dangers, the classified warning of hidden dangers, the forecast and analysis of hidden dangers, the query and analysis of hidden dangers, was established based on the circled model. As a result, the whole process was more complete, accurate and timely, the responsibility of people became clearer, also the hidden dangers could be controlled completely.
