Determination of technological indicators of sulfidic concentrate biooxidation in the cascade of bioreactors considering bioleaching kinetic
On the basis of calculations, technological indicators of concentrates biooxidation are defined for various schemes of the cascade of parallel-serial bioreactors depending on productivity, structure of sulfides such as pyrite, antimonite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite and other, their consistent and oxidation time considering electrochemical interactions between sulfides. Sulfides oxidation rates, sulfuric acid consumption and air mixing intensity in bacterial leaching of concentrates are analysed at various flow sheets, quantities and different parameters. Flow sheet and indicators of biooxidation of collective sulfidic gold-containing concentrate are counted for the Olimpiadinsky deposit, Russia.
