A Type of Novel Weakening Buffer Operators

摘要：

The purpose of the article lies in enhancing the smoothing of original data sequence of systems.According to the theory of prior usage of new information, on the basis of the present theory of buffer operators and some existing weakening buffer operators, we established a type of new weakening buffer operators, and gave the whole proof process.The problem that there are some contradictions between quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in pretreatment for vibration data sequences is resolved effectively.
