A Dynamic Evaluation Model of University Leading Cadre Based on Multivariate Delay Connection Number
Since the present university leading cadre capability evaluations are mainly static, it is lack of evaluation methods to address dynamic and multiscale-based situation.While the developing trend and potentialities are important factors to address peoples performance and they cant be ignored.This paper uses multivariate delay connection number to tackle this problem.First evaluation results of previous periods are taken into the current period and revising values of uncertain numbers.Next, a dynamic evaluation model is built for university leading cadre.Finally, a numerical example is used to prove its feasibility and effectiveness.
