Analysis and Construction of the Profit Distribution Mechanism on the Main Manufacturer and Suppliers of the Large Aircraft based on Grey Game Model
Nowadays, the competition between enterprises become increasingly the competition between supply chains with the global competition intensifies and changes of the production patterns.Suppliers of the large civil aircraft as an important link of the supply chain system not only is the prerequisite for companies to organize production, but also opposes the advantages such as reducing costs, and obtaining profit, therefore, strengthening supplier management is imminent.The grey game theory was used to make analysis of the relationship between manufacturer and supplier, and point out the symbiotic, and then the profit distribution mechanism of the main manufacturer and supplier was constructed to strengthen and implement the supplier relationship management, so that it reached the mutual benefit and win-win of the manufacturers and suppliers.
