A New Model for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management Turning Expense into Reward

摘要：

In this paper, it studied the present situation and the existence problem of municipal waste management, and pointed out that the rubbish source classification played a vital role in urban waste management. Besides, it proposed a new model-using economic means which turned the waste management fee into reward, and also taking the means such as education, policy, propaganda as supplementary methods with the viewpoint of sustainable development. This model can encourage people to classify rubbish source consciously and effectively resolve the minimization, recycle and harmless of solid waste.
