Application of Semi-Dry and Dry Deacidification Technology Process in Flue Gas Cleaning of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration
By adding one dry deacidification system on flue gas cleaning equipment (semi-dry + active carbon + bag dedusting), hydrated lime was injected into the flue to remove part of the acid. In the flue, filter compartment and on the surface of bags can do efficient deacidification reaction. The bag will catch the deacidification reactant and unreacted lime. After purification, gas is let out upon reaching EU2000 standard. When using EC2000 as standard, as compared with semi-dry only, the consumption of hydrated lime will be less. Then based on semi-dry plus dry process, in the premise of reaching emission level, the lime consumption can be controlled in a good situation. The article briefly analyzed the application of dry deacidification system in Everbright Environment Co., Ltd (Suzhou).
