Design Principles and Applications of Flexible Floating Cover on Leachate Equalization Basin in Refuse Landfill

摘要：

The flexible floating cover which is used in the design of leachate equalization basin can play a deodorant, insulation, rain and sewage diversion effect. This article described the composition and functions of the flexible floating cover systems, and focused on the floating cap seal material selection, buoyancy and weight, water conductivity row, gas emission and other aspects of the design guide principles. It also analyzed and predicted the application of the flexible floating cover on the various types of waste water pool.
