The Sustainable Management of Solid Waste in Community under the Framework of Ecological Civilization

摘要：

With the development of economy and rapid urbanization in China, the quantity of solid waste is increasing, which may lead to environmental pollution and human health risk and it is inconsistent with ecological civilization. The sustainable management of community solid waste is one of the most important contents in human settlements construction under the framework of ecological civilization. It was developed in the paper that effective management method including establishing and improving of classification system and management mechanism should be established on community level, and counter measures of promoting minimization, resources and reuse of solid wastes should be encouraged too.
