Study on Indicator System and Key Technology for Performance Evaluation of Hazardous Waste Incineration Facility

摘要：

Centralized incineration disposal of hazardous wastes is one of the most important and direct ways for hazardous waste disposal in China. Performance testing and trial burn is the first step to verify whether the hazardous waste incineration facility can meet the requirements for normal operation or not. It is also a means necessary to guarantee safe and stable operation of such incineration disposal facility and a technical support for issuance of hazardous waste operation permit as well. In this paper, a technical study was conducted on the performance evaluation in accordance with the situations in China from the aspects of establishment of a performance evaluation indicator system for incineration disposal facilities and related influence factors as well as key technology for performance evaluation, etc.
