Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Polybrominated Diphenylethers Containing in Waste TV Set Housing Plastic

摘要：

The extraction experiments of polybrominated diphenylethers (PBDEs) from waste TV set housing with supercritical CO2 was carried out, the influences of extraction temperature, pressure, time and modifier on the extraction efficiency of PBDEs were investigated. The experimental results showed the removal rate of different kinds of PBDEs is different due to different solubility in supercritical CO2 fluid, the extraction of decabromodiphenyl ether is the most difficult, when particle size of TV set housing plastic was smaller than 0.5 mm, over 90wt％ of PBDEs in the TV set housing plastic can be removed by the extraction of supercritical CO2 fluid with 5vol％ modifier at 70℃ and under 10 MPa.
