The Current Situation and Crushing Process in Steel and Copper Slags Recycling

The current situation of steel and copper slags recycling in China was reviewed. It focused on the crushing circuits situation of steel and copper slags recycling by virtue of mineral processing technology. At the same time the main problems were analyzed and relevant measure that an advanced twostage open-circuit crushing flowsheet of machining metallurgical slag was composed of the inertia vibrating crusher and the inertia cone crusher is proposed. This flowsheet can enhance metals recovery and other products value in the process of recycling of metallurgical slag because of high efficient crushing with impacting and vibrating. Meanwhile it can realize more crushing and less grinding, energysaving and emission-reduction for produce.
