Major Considerations of Service Innovation in E-Business
This paper explores the major considerations of service innovation in e-business. The empirical analysis shows that website design, product information, product comparison, transaction security, privacy, customer service and vendor creditability are important attributes on the demand side. It suggests that geographical and related supply effects would explicitly appear as additional explanatory variables with regard to e-business venture and service. A theoretically and empirically grounded reference position can be obtained to facilitate the assessment of changes in consumer preference and market environment.
