The Fuzzy System and The Probability Distribution Based On The Circle-Multiplication Operator of Zadeh Implication
In this paper, a method of constructing joint probability density function and fuzzy system using non-singleton fuzzifier is proposed based on a set of input-output data. Firstly,processing input-output data using non-singleton fuzzifier, we create fuzzy relation which helps to obtain the probability density function of binary random variable; Secondly, the marginal density functions and numerical characteristics of probability distribution is given separately. The results show that numerical characteristics with different implication has almost the same form. Thirdly, the single input-output fuzzy system is constructed with the center of gravity method, which is actually the regression function in the probability theory. Finally its universal approximation is discussed and the sufficient condition as a approximation is given.
