Lasso-watershed algorithm used to identify individual cells undergoing autophagy in immunofluorescent microscopic images
In this paper, a method called lasso-watershed algorithm is used to help digitally recognize cells and separate their areas from the background of fluorescent microscopic images. The algorithm has achieved about 90% accuracy of cellular discrimination.
