Case Study on Communication Enterprises Whole Lifecycle Risk Management with ISM

摘要：

In this paper, the risk management case of WH Companys UC project is studied with risk management theory and life-cycle theory. Firstly, the risk structure model is derived by analyzing WH Companys UC project with interpretative structural model (ISM). Then, the project key risks which communication enterprises are faced with are analyzed and demonstrated; whats more, suggestions on project risk management are raised accordingly. Finally, a lifecycle risk management model of communication enterprises is put forward.
