Novel High Energy Synthetic Jet Actuator Conceptual Design and Tendency
An idea of designing novel high energy synthetic jet actuator is put forward in this paper. The cavity pressure of the synthetic jet actuator can be rising by three methods, compressing volume, rising temperature, and increasing mass. The novel synthetic jet actuators can be designed by using the three methods and a novel hybrid method. The temperature actuator and hybrid actuator are the main tendencies of the high energy synthetic jet actuators, and the temperature actuators are limited to the lower temperature and higher density environments, hybriding the temperature actuator with gas supplying may be a solution.
