Design and Experiment on Corn Stubble Screening Conveyor Device
One kinds of agriculture machine is researched, it can be used to harvest com stubble. The Three-factor quadratic regression orthogonal rotary method was adopted to improve working performance of screening conveyor device in this machine, The influences of rota-tional speed, conveying angle and position of shaking wheel on the rate of removing soil and efficiency of re-moving soil were investigated. The results showed that the sequences of factors, which influencing working perform-ance, were rotational speed, conveying angle and position of shaking wheel. Optimal parameters of this device were as abstained that rotational speed was 130r/min, conveying angle was 20 ° , distances between shaking wheel and driving wheel was 626mm. The research results can pro-vide a reference for design and performance improvement of the machine.
