Simulation and Analysis of Nonlinear Motion for Material Particles on Vibrating Screen
In order to study the law of motion of material particles on the screen, the numerical simulation of oblique impact between single particle and the screening surface was carried on. The results showed that, with the increase of throwing index, the motion of sin-gle particle on the screening surface undergoes nonlinear dynamics phenomena, such as period bifurcation, period doubling bifurcation, and chaotic motion and so on. The numerical simulation of the mo-tion about particle group on the screening surface was carried on based on the numerical simulation of single particle. The results in-dicate that, with the throwing index increases, the transmission ca-pacity of vibrating screen is stronger, cleaning loss is greater, while screenpenetrating probability is first increased and then decreased, in the vicinity of throwing index D = 1.67, comprehensive perform-ance of vibration screening is best
