Research of New Type Cell Wheel Feed Precision Seed-Metering Device

It is problem on low of dropping frequency and small of filling power. Friction plate and compressive structure are designed on the cell wheel feed precision seed-metering. The seed is compressed by the friction depends on the friction plate and the cell wheel feed pre-cision metering. And then, the filling power of seed is ag-grandized effectively. The designed metering device is also tested on test bench. Test results show that qualifica-tion index A >90%, overlapping seeding index D<5% and missing seeding index M<5% in the cell wheel line speed 0.48m/s, plant spacing 5cm, seedbed belt speed 6.9km/h.
