Development Situation and Trend Analysis of Rural Clean Energy in Gansu Province
With the rapid development of rural economy, fossil energy and gross energy consumption have been experiencing an increase year by year, rural areas have been suffering increasing environmental pollution, thus, the development of clean energy is imminent. In accordance with the distribution of wind, solar, biomass and other clean energy resources in Gansu, combining with the characteristics of occupying significant population proportion and large poverty population in rural areas, the present paper conducted an in-depth analysis on the existing development situation and the trend of the accessible clean energy resources in the rural areas of Gansu, and made recommendations on the development modes of wind, solar and biomass energy.
