Preparation and Characterization of Skin Secretion Hydrolysates from Giant Salamander (Andrias davidianus)
By using Aspergillus sp. acid protease, the preparation of skin secretion hydrolysates from giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) was studied. Through orthogonal test, the optimum hydrolytic condition as follows: temperature 55℃, pH2.0, E/S value is 0.03%, and hydrolysis time 3h. MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry showed that molecular weights of hydrolysates were below 3.5kDa.
