Research on determination of clenbuterol and salbutamol in pork by SPE-HPLC

摘要：

A method determining the clenbuterol and salbutamol in pork was developed. The method was based on SPE (C18),separated by ZOBAX SB C18,and using a mobile phase of 0.01mol/L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate - Acetonitrile in gradient clution, detected with wavelength 210nm. The linear relations in the scope of 1.0~10mg/kg, 3.0~30mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 91.3％~97.2％, 79.7％~89.3％. The detection limits 0.02mg/kg, 0.05mg/kg.
