Synthesis and characterization of hydroxylalkyl-substituted imidazolium ionic liquids
The synthesis of new hydrophobic hydroxylalkylsubstituted imidazolium room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) was described. The physico-chemical properties (density, viscosity, thermal stability and phase transition properties) of these ionic liquids were also investigated.
