Analysis of Solar Radiation Distribution of Tomato Canopy in Chinese Solar-greenhouse
In order to study solar radiation (SR) distribution among plant canopy in solar greenhouse, leaf area index (LAI) and the spatial distributions of SR in canopy were observed, and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) at different heights in tomato canopy were also measured. The results showed that radiation intensity in north of solar greenhouse was higher than that of south with an average higher more than 200W ? m2 at high production period of tomato. The vertical distribution ofSR was reduced with decrease of the height, whose daily average of SR were respectively 1205Wm2, 926 Wm2, 529 Wm2, and 196 Wm2 at the heights of 1.2m. 0.9m, 0.6m. 0.3m. The transmittance of SR at different layers was decreased with increase of LAI. Pn at different heights were decreasing with increasing of cumulate leaf area index (CLAD from the top to bottom of tomato canopy, which Pn was 22.59 f.imohm2s1 at the top and8.00nmohm2*sat the bottom.
