N, P, K Content and Correlation Study on Cabernet Sauvignon Leaf Blades (Petioles) and Soil

The content of N, P, K in Cabernet sauvignon leaves (leaf blades and petioles) and soil comes from two different breeding ways (cutting and grafting), and their correlation are measured and analyzed. The results show that there is no necessary connection among the uptake, transport of N, P, K and breeding way: the content ofN.K corresponding elements is positively correlated between the cabernet sauvignon leaf blades and soil, which come from the cutting plant. And in petioles and soil, the K element has a very significant positive correlation: the cabernet sauvignon leaf blades that come from grafting trees have strong positive correlation with soil in the content of N. K corresponding elements. And in petioles and soil, the K element has a significant positive correlation; the determination of N, P in the leaf blades and K in the petioles may be more suitable for leaf analysis.
