The Circumstance, Policy and Current Situation of Contemporary Chinese Womens Participation in Political Affairs

This paper systematically sorts out the legal policies and ecological environment of politics and administration of contemporary Chinese womens participation in political affairs and introduces the current situation of present Chinese womens political participation from the two levels of womens awareness and behaviors of political participation, and also focuses on the analysis of the training and selecting policies of women cadres and the problems, aiming at providing a basic research program so as to further understand and study Chinese womens political participation comprehensively and profoundly.
