Achievements, Problems and Countermeasures of Chinas Equalization Reform of Basic Public Services

摘要：

In order to resolve the contradiction between the growing demand for public services and their supply shortage as well as low quality, Chinese government has put forward reform objectives to achieve the equalization of basic public services. Through a succinct review of Chinese equalization reform of basic public services, this article has made a comprehensive analysis of existing problems and suggestions that policy standards should be specified, and relationship between rights and responsibilities should be further clarified in the process of equalization reform of basic public services.
