Change of Public Service on Model of Government Management

摘要：

The essence of public administration has turned to public service, and this change means that the government needs to be adjusted in functions and system in operating accordingly when it faces to the social status. The adjustment involves the operating in institutions, the vigor in decisions, and view in Groups. Meanwhile, the publics reaction to public service continues to improve, how to create flexible and effective platform for dialogue in mutual feedback is testing the mode that is changing on government management.
