On the Constitutive Elements of NEET Group in Suburb Village: Based on the Survey of Zhejiang Province
In recent years, more and more NEET persons come out in suburb village in developed area, which goes against the sustainable development of suburb village. Social transition makes the younger generation in suburb village have new goals of social culture which are different from those of the older generation when they were young, namely, the urbanoriented goal. However, the youth in suburb village without all-sided conditions turn out to be NEET persons. In suburb village, the NEET groups behavior is between the obedience and the aberrance, so the government and society should take measures to help them take a well-balanced life such as establishing employment schools for the youth, forming records for the NEET persons and enlarging the fame of adulteducation. In addition, the mass media should introduce some advantages of employment. Finally, some social organizations could do some psychology intervening for the NEET persons in suburb villages.
