Public Values of Trans-boundary Public Governance—Taken ASEAN Region as a Case

摘要：

Nowadays we have overall been entering an era in which globalization and regionalization go hand in hand and add radiance and charm to each other. Regional integration has been a distinctive systematic feature. Under such conditions, emergence of global and regional public issues makes public governance model change, and regional governance has come true in some regions. ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region, as the fastest developing region in the world, has become a focus. Thus, it has practical significance to do research on public governance and its realization of public value in ASEAN region so as to promote governance in other areas and global governance.
