Research on Management Innovation of Non-profit Scientific and Technological Intermediary of Chinese Government

摘要：

Management innovation of non-profit scientific and technological intermediary of Chinese government is to promote scientific and technological intermediary institutions in China to a new stage of reform, to promote scientific and technological innovation and to propose new questions and new challenges. This article firstly discusses relevant theories and the significance of non-profit scientific and technological intermediary of Chinese government. Secondly, in the view point of empirical analyses, this article talks about objectives and frameworks of non-profit scientific and technological intermediary organization of Chinese government. And then, further proposes the ternary support system: government, society and institutions, which relate to innovation policies and environmental management.
