Research on the Path of the Law to Resolutions of Administrative Enforcement of Urban Housing Demolition and Relocation
With Chinas rapid urban development in current period, housing demolition has become one of critical factors for urban development. Due to the expansion of city size, a large number of collective lands in suburban areas continue to be nationalized so that housing demolition is facing more difficulties. The relationship between the Government, house demolition crew and house owner is increasingly complex. Relocation has led to many violent events, which affected the image of the government and the local economy and slowed the process of urban development. Only to resolve the plight of house demolition, will Chinese city development and economic development be on positive track. In the rule of law and legal administration of the social context, only the urban housing demolition is in the control of the legal norms, can we resolve all sorts of problems caused in the process of house demolition.
