Coordination Degree Model-based Land Use Efficiency Evaluation and Feature Analysis—Taking City of Chengdu as an Example

This thesis makes quantitative evaluation of the land use efficiency of Chengdu from 1999 to 2008 by using the improved entropy method, composite index evaluation and coordination degree model, analyzes the features and provides reference for the scientific and reasonable enhancement of land use efficiency. The results indicate that first, the overall land use efficiency of Chengdu is on the increase as a whole but the level is not high and still has much development space. Second, from 1999 to 2008, the system of social, economic and ecological efficiency of Chengdu land use was in the changing state from extremely uncoordinated, uncoordinated to not-very-coordinated, which restricted the improvement of land use efficiency. And only realizing the coordinated and unity development of the subsystems of land use efficiency, can we promote the overall land use efficiency to further develop.
