Research on Obstacles and Paths of Establishing Civil Servants Removal Mechanism
Recent years, a phenomenon that graduated students even the social skeleton people with long-term working experiences are preferable to hunt a job in the government has emerged in many countries all over the world, so it is noticeable that a great number of people are hoping to get through the bridge of staffing examination to enter into the civil service system with the most important reason of its stability of civil servants job because it is always perceived that the best security and benefits can be obtained by someone who becomes a civil servant. However, the problems of removal mechanism for civil servant which is considered as the most important procedure during the process of public personnel management give rise of low-efficiency and unsmooth staff flowing for civil servants. Therefore, it is worthwhile to research on the removal mechanism for civil servants to broaden and straight out the removal channels, regulate the removal behaviors and motivate incumbent services for civil servants by which the healthy and smooth removal mechanism for them can be eventually formulated.
