Institutional Ethics and Its Value Demand
Institutional ethics exists in dialectic unification between ethical demands of social fundamental structure and basic system and the institutional arrangements of implementing ethical morality. Institutional ethics includes two meanings which are institutional moralization and ethical institutionalization. They are dialectical unified relations of interrelated and interactional two-way mutual influence. They are unified and related in institutional ethics category. The study of institutional ethics aims at establishing institutional ethical order and realizing the value demands of institutional impartiality, institutional liberty, institutional equality and institutional democracy. This will promote social institutional development. The importance of institutional ethics embodies its theoretical values, methodological values and practical values.
