Chinese Governmental Public Crisis Management Capacity as Revealed by Xinjiang 7.5 Violence
This essay utilizes the balance score card and AHP in order to establish the module of evaluation of crisis management of the government. It analyzes and assesses the governments crisis managing ability by using the case of 7.5 violence in Xinjiang. In the process of assessing, it integrated considers the coordinating ability of the government and minorities, and by that, it indicates that our government has reacted rapidly, based on broad-ranged civilians, and has very conspicuous resource distributing ability, then the inter-race cohesiveness is reinforced. Also it produces the conclusion that our government needs to fortify the acuteness of crisis cautioning, and the various tasks in information technology application.
