On the Changing of German Public Administrative System after World War One and Its Impacts
The transformation of the public administrative system in Germany during last century is very important for modern international governments to learn from in improving their new forms of management. The research done by some historians recently shows the system of administration of both Weimar and Nazi Germany had contributed to Second World War, emphasizing the fundamental historical position of the transformation of German public administrative system after world war one once again. Therefore it is necessary to consider this changing as a remarkable turning point in the history. However a question which cannot be answered yet is asked: what had happened during the reign of those two powerful governments? This article aims to do analysis on summarizing the effects of the public administrative system between two German authorities by doing some comparative studies on them. On the other hand, the history of World War ones ending and the rise of Nazi Party are also recorded in this essay. Furthermore, the whole evolution of Germanys policies during those periods which are in fact the main targets of this project will be studied in details.
