Community Governance Structures in the Logic of Stakeholders Cooperation

摘要：

Community Governance is such a process, in which stake holders consult face-to-face to improve common understanding, settle differences, conduct cooperation and interaction, and finally work together to solve community common problems. The essence of community governance is to expand cooperation among its stake holders on the basis of community interests and identifications. The realization of effective management and maximization of public interests, are mainly rely on the cooperative and participatory network, trying to form the interactive cooperation and mutually beneficial relation among government, community organization and the residents, and trying to lay a solid foundation for the governance of community public affairs.
