Analysis on the Necessity and Path to Construct a Law Abiding Government in China

摘要：

Ruling by law has been universally recognized as a basic idea of modern political society. And to construct a law abiding government is considered as one of the ruling partys or leaders ruling goals in many countries. Firstly, this paper elaborates the achievements and existing problems of constructing the law abiding government in China after we reform and opening up. And then, it analyzes the necessity of constructing a government based on law. Finally, it puts forward our path choices of rule of law.
