The Construction of Chinas New IPR Courts

摘要：

Along with the development of science and technology, the number of cases related to intellectual property right (IPR) is growing, while theres still a vacancy of professional intellectual property right courts in China. By analyzing various problems emerging in the trials of IPR cases, this article aims at demonstrating the importance of setting up exclusive IPR courts which can undoubtedly promote the strategic construction of Chinas judicial protection system as well as the IPR development. In the meantime, this article puts an emphasis on the tentative discussion about the related issues of setting up the IPR courts, expecting some good results in Chinas socialistic legal construction.
