Governance Crisis: The Challenge Chinese Governments Facing in the New Era

摘要：

Since 1990s, governance crisis of Chinese governments, such as the crisis of administrative efficiency, officials conviction, governments accountability and executive ability, aroused and increased remarkably in the process of its government governance and made administrative reform lag behind economic reform. In order to change the government function, reform the governance model and improve the administrative reform of China, it has extreme significance of practical and theoretical research value to analyze the causes of governance crisis in the process of Chinas government governance and explore countermeasures in accordance with Chinas national conditions in governing the governance crisis of Chinese government.
