Comprehensive Evaluation on the Performance of Civil Service Based on FAHP Method

There are many issues in Chinas civil service performance appraisal, such as rough assessment indicators, less examination grades, difficult to quantify and others. In order to make the work of assessment of civil servants more objective, scientific, this paper through the application of fuzzy -AHP(FAHP), conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of civil servants in the Government in order to assist the Government in the effective evaluation and selection of personnel, in the fierce market competition to maintain the advanced nature of the government and efficiency, thereby enhancing the level of public human resources performance management to achieve sustainable development.
